- Fixed supply cannot change after deployment.
- No owner, admin, proxy, upgrade, mint, blacklist, pause, transfer-tax, hidden-fee, custody, or withdrawal path exists.
- Transfers, allowances, and ERC-20 events behave as expected.
Internal Technical Report
technical-report.html summarizes current contract controls for triage. It is not an independent audit.

Auditor Handoff Template
Please review the GCA fixed-supply ERC-20 contract and deployed bytecode on Base Mainnet. The goal is to confirm that the verified source matches deployed bytecode, the total supply is fixed, and no hidden privileged control, minting, withdrawal, blacklist, tax, or upgrade behavior exists.
Expected Deliverables
- Auditor name and report date.
- Final report URL or signed PDF.
- Reviewed source bundle or commit hash.
- Unresolved findings, if any.
- Clear statement that the review is independent.
