Member Packet

Use members.html to generate a local gca_member_preregistration_v2 packet with memberBenefitReviewEvidence. The public page still does not create a live GCA AI Quant Access account or automatic credit redemption. The GCA Member 10,000 GCA benefit review rules are published at member-benefit.html.

Wallet Questions

Support can review public Base wallet addresses, declared GCA balances, and transaction hashes. Wallet verification remains a read-only ERC-20 balanceOf check after controlled account UI is live.

Platform Corrections

Wallets, data platforms, and moderators should use Listing Kit, Brand Kit, On-chain Proofs, External Reviews, Reviewer Kit, BaseScan Handoff, and Platform Replies.

Support Workflow

Current public intake is manual: users can copy, download, or email a packet. After controlled HTTPS intake is live, support can use statuses such as received, wallet_pending, eligible, needs_more_information, rejected, and ledger_recorded. A 5-10 business day first-response target applies only after controlled intake is live and is not a promise.

What Support Cannot Do

Support cannot make a token price, liquidity, listing, permanent wallet-warning clearance, audit approval, trading result, live trading permission, or risk-control bypass happen. Support also cannot override on-chain wallet-balance verification or the 30-day member holding-period rule.

Redacted Review Package Handoff

If a platform asks for local member-ledger evidence, operators should export only the public-redacted package from local .gca_access_data/ records, verify the package digest, and answer with the template in Platform Replies. The full-local package is internal only and must not be sent externally.
