Member Packet

Use live Member Access for controlled account intake, read-only wallet verification, ledger eligibility, and reviewed service requests. The legacy members.html page only generates a local gca_member_preregistration_v2 packet and does not approve an account or transfer tokens.

Wallet Questions

Support can review public Base wallet addresses and transaction hashes. Wallet verification is live as a read-only ERC-20 balanceOf check and never requires a signature, private key, custody, or transaction.

Platform Corrections

Wallets, data platforms, and moderators should use Listing Kit, Brand Kit, On-chain Proofs, External Reviews, Reviewer Kit, BaseScan Handoff, and Platform Replies.

Support Workflow

Structured account and catalog service intake is live in Member Access. Device-key accounts can read redacted review status, answer a published more-information prompt, cancel before review, and acknowledge completed delivery. Generic support remains manual through support@gcagochina.com; the 5-10 business day first-response target is not a promise.

What Support Cannot Do

Support cannot make a token price, liquidity, listing, permanent wallet-warning clearance, audit approval, trading result, live trading permission, or risk-control bypass happen. Support also cannot override on-chain wallet-balance verification or the 30-day member holding-period rule.

Redacted Review Package Handoff

If a platform asks for local member-ledger evidence, operators should export only the public-redacted package from local .gca_access_data/ records, verify the package digest, and answer with the template in Platform Replies. The full-local package is internal only and must not be sent externally.
