Use the live GCA Member Access page for production account intake. It submits to the Workers + D1 backend, verifies a Base wallet with read-only GCA balanceOf, and writes eligible 100 credits / GCA Member ledger records.

This legacy page remains as a local packet generator and operator test surface. For localhost testing, run tools/gca_member_backend.py; in that mode the Submit Packet button posts to /gca/pre-registrations and writes local JSONL records for operator review at http://127.0.0.1:8787/operator.html.

Safety Boundary

This public static page does not store data on a server. The packet stays in your browser until you copy, download, or email it. The local operator backend stores data only when this page is opened from localhost through tools/gca_member_backend.py. The public Privacy Notice and Participation Terms define the current data and participation boundary. When a reviewed HTTPS endpoint is connected, it may store only the pre-registration review fields, then GCA AI Quant Access may verify the queued wallet with an ERC-20 balanceOf read and holding-period evidence. Pre-registration is not financial advice, not cash, not income, not reimbursement, not trading permission, and not a way to bypass GCA AI Quant Access risk controls.

100 Credit Rules

The planned holder bonus is a one-time account-level service credit record for verified 10,000 GCA holders. Credits are intended for reports, backtests, risk warnings, ENTRY_READY signal review, position calculators, and education access. They are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, token claims, income, reimbursement, or trading permission.

Member Rules

The planned GCA Member tier requires verified purchase and continuous holding of at least 1,000,000 GCA for 30 consecutive days. After member ledger activation and support review, an eligible member can enter one-time 10,000 GCA member benefit review from project or owner-held reserve. It does not activate live trading, leverage, custody, withdrawals, voting control, lifetime access, income, reimbursement, or risk-control bypass.

Support Workflow

Use support.html for official support routing and packet-handling boundaries. After controlled HTTPS intake is live, support can review packets through the statuses received, wallet_pending, eligible, needs_more_information, rejected, and ledger_recorded. The target first response is 5-10 business days after controlled intake is live, and it is not a guarantee. Manual support cannot override wallet-balance verification, risk controls, or the no-custody boundary.
