GCA Review Queue Contract

This page defines the manual review workflow behind GCA account intake, read-only wallet balance checks, 100 GCA AI Quant Access credits, GCA Member status, 30-day holding-period review, 10,000 GCA member benefit review, and support review after the public account path is live.

The public account UI can submit wallet-review records to the Workers + D1 backend. Eligibility submission and ledger-record creation are live; reserve-wallet member-benefit transfers remain manual review only. This queue page is a manual review contract and operating contract, not a public ledger browser, private-data dropbox, automatic token-claim route, or custody request channel.

Claim Boundary

100 Credits

A 10,000 GCA holder can submit a wallet review for a one-time account-level 100 GCA AI Quant Access credits record. Credits are service-account records, not cash, income, reimbursement, or transferable tokens.

GCA Member

A 1,000,000 GCA holder can submit 30 consecutive days of holding evidence for GCA Member review. Member status still requires support review and ledger approval.

10,000 GCA Benefit

The member benefit is not automatic and is not self-service. Any approved transfer must come from a project or owner-held reserve wallet after holding-period verification, support approval, and manual processing.

Wallet Balance Review

Checks Base Mainnet chain ID 8453, the official GCA contract, and ERC-20 balanceOf.

Holder Credit Review

Marks 10,000 GCA eligibility for a one-time 100 GCA AI Quant Access credits ledger record.

GCA Member Review

Marks 1,000,000 GCA plus 30 consecutive days of holding evidence for GCA Member status and the one-time 10,000 GCA member benefit review after member ledger activation.

Support Case Review

Tracks support notes without overriding wallet verification or product release gates.

Platform Profile Follow-Up

Keeps BaseScan, GeckoTerminal, wallet-warning, and reviewer follow-up separate from user eligibility.

Operator Controls

Identity Checks

Use only Base Mainnet chain ID 8453 and contract 0x3197c42f4a06f7be32a9a742ac2a766f0ff682c6.

Read-Only Verification

Wallet review must use read-only eth_call and ERC-20 balanceOf; it must not request signatures or transactions for balance reading.

Audit Trail

Each queue action should record reviewId, registrationId, lane, status, updatedAt, holdingStartDate, evidenceTxHash, evidenceTxHashFormatOk, memberBenefitReviewEvidenceStatus, reviewer note, and public evidence reference when the backend is live.

Do Not Collect

  • Private key or seed phrase.
  • Exchange API secret or withdrawal permission.
  • One-time code or recovery phrase.
  • Custody request, fund-transfer request, or live trading instruction.

Do Not Claim

  • Do not claim 100 utility credits are cash, income, reimbursement, trading permission, or transferable token value.
  • Do not claim GCA Member status is active before member ledger activation.
  • Do not claim the 10,000 GCA member benefit is automatic, self-service, or active before 30-day holding verification, support approval, and manual reserve-wallet processing.
  • Manual support cannot override on-chain wallet-balance verification.
  • Do not claim exchange listing approval, completed third-party audit, mature liquidity, price support, or trading outcomes.
